How to get past the witch puzzle 2

Anyone know how to get past the kingdom of witches puzzle 2? It's the third riddle I can't seem to do it and its none of the answers it shows.. Please help!

Answer to first question is 9 cats. Second question's answer is 12 months since all months of the year have at least 28 days. Last question's answer is 1 creature drinks from the lake. Hope it helps
