Where is el toro at
Where do i find el toro ive looked every where help me please! thank u

Don't worry El Toro is a cutscene character after you gesture him on a mission from the kine leader. he comes upward from the ground. you do not find him as he is not a wandering NPC. Keep doing the kine missions until you get a call from the Sinji guy and he will phone you saying he as an urgent mission for you. go to him and follow his instructions on making Cowpourri and a new cow idol then do the ritual. then wait for the cutscene. if done correctly you will see a massive cow come upward from the ground. i wont spoil the rest for you... hope this helps. :)

Basically you do the ritual, then a massive cow comes out of the ground and one of the guys in the suits is the evil doctor!
