Hard to buy perks
I cant buy perks it always say that i need to find the prequester but where it is ?

When the perk is hovered over on the PSP, it will say closely above it: sanity points (e.g 4000) this number is how many sanity points you have. below this will say friends score 46 for example. this means that is how many friends you have to know. then it will say assets score. this is the collective amount of high value objects in your house. therefore if you buy amazing expensive stuff for your espiritu estate, this will go up, and hopefully match the number. do all of these things and have the sanity points aswell, and you will be able to purchase the perk. to use the perk, press square and in the bottom right hand corner you will notice a box, if you click left or right till you get to it then press circle you can use this perk, unless it is passive, (active all the time) it will state if it is passive or not in the perks screen.
