Deputy duncan help
I asked the guy for a ride, brought him the donuts and everything, but it's still not letting me get in the car with him and go. what do i do now?

Talk to the lady in the curio's shop buy his house then when you already have a place to stay talk to duncan and ask for a ride

Talk to Bella Goth. not CHAT. talk. she will sell you her house. then talk to duncan. say you want a ride. he will say he needs donuts. intimidate mambo loa then get the donuts. then talk to duncan again. give him the donuts. he will say get in the car. go near the car and press either 0 or X cant remember. he will the ndrive to paradise place. unless you game is either bugged or modded which may interfere in some way... hope this helps :)
