On the mission you follow a man from sal's mantion when he lands on the biulding with his helicopter use a motrbike to go up the satirs. then drive up to the helicopter press (triangle) then you are in.but don't go too far away or you will fail the mission and lose the helicopter.

Type in ytube 'gta lcs psp rare vehicles any firmware' and clik on the one with stars around the 'any firmware' bit. go to description and there are some urls. clik on the one u want and it downloades a gamesave. put this on psp and go on it. go in garage, turn and it will be there. good luck

To get helicopter you need to go in mission false idols but you need to cheat peds follow you, and a sniper, car drive on water, and perfect traction and start it and go to the water that close to shore vale when the hellicopter is in the circle in the shore vale go and get it and when your in helicopter the peds follow you but you cant open it if you want to open it you need open it and the ped will open it and snipe in faster.

Get a 4/5 wanted level stars and a police helicopter will appear u need a ramp to do this get a really fast motorbike & and come really fast onto the ramp and when your near the hlicptr press triangle 2 times really fast and your in the helicopter ENJOY:)
