How do you activate or open staunton island???

Fristly to get in stauntown u get a car and press o x down ox up and l1l1 and then get i water drive thugh to 2 island and then get in water and drive throught to 3rd island but dont go stright to 3 rd island go to second and third baecause when u drive through third island it has been block .hope this may help u enjoyyyyyyyyyyy

After the mission''driving mister leone''you have to drive salvitar across the bridge to get to stauntonisland thats how you get to stauntonisland.

U type in the drive on water cheat o,x,down,o,x,up,l,l and there should be a natural ramp u can drive up
