It is at spongebob's house. after delivering a package to squidward, go to the said house. just look in the pantry and take the snail food. after getting it, go upstairs and use gary's bowl. press x to shake the bag, and when the bowl is full, the key will drop. period.

Once you've delivered the package to squidward from nancy the police lady in downtown bikini bottom, go to spongebob's house and look in the pantry. grab the snail food and go upstairs into spongebob's room. once done, use gary's bowl. shake the bag until no snail food is left. the key will appear on top of all of the snail food in gary's bowl

That's easy, first you have to delivered the package to squidward form police nancy in bikini bottom downtown, second go to sponge bob's house then go kitchen open in pantry to feed gary then go upstairs ond click Oand press X button to fill the bowl of gary keep going filling the food after that and finaly the key will foal down and press square to pick the key so go to krusty and use the key to open gate then the gate will opened then you..
