I only know about little willie. you need to complete a mission that you and lance ride two barracks. you will have an apartment. enter the apartment, then go upstairs, enter a door at the right. there 's a icon look's like a lock. go to the icon and press x to buy a little wille for $5000. i hope you like my answer.:>heheehe
