How to get the tank or what is the keys to open the tank

To get a tank you have to enter a cheat (up,l,down,r,left,l,right,r) and thats how you get one.

Another possible solution is if you have completed all the story missions, you can wear the army fatigues (army clothes), this will enable you to enter fort baxter air base without being shot down, and a tank is in the middle of the base and is unlocked unlike when starting the game it happens to be locked
