In my psp dont arrives any mission after mission last stand is the game finished there?

The last stand is the last mission, hence the name.

Yes all the missions are done there are still extra mission like ambulance take over all bussinesses but no missions any more

You can do side missions, free roam, get police stars(for fun) or take care of your empire.
