Stuck in 2 tasks

I dunno if u hav done this yet but in common room there is a painting all on its own with a man on a broom then on the other side of the common room there is a painting with a man and the snitch talk to him, you might need to climb on something to talk to him, dont remember.. Then after that your done. In the library the only tasks I remember doing were trying to get books down. you go to the library if you can't get in there you talk to one of the girls next to it and she asks for your help then she gets you in library, then there's a boy who you talk to and you gotta get a book down from shelf. To do that you need to get a table and book case and bring it near the book, climb on table then the bookcase and cast a spell on book keep doing that to wherever the book goes, the when the books finally on the floor get him out by putting the slippers near him, don't worry the slippers will be next to you, then zap him wiv a spell. By the way if u hav done the common room task that I said then your stuck on the one I'm stuck on too. Sorry this was long, I really hope I helped, good luck X
