Near the entrance there is a part of stone thts sticking out of a wall that leads to the ledge. levitate the table to be right in front of it and climb onto it. once your on the table, cast incendio on the bush in the way then climb onto the ledge and then up the pipe. when you need to repair the pipe stand on the nearest ledge and cast reparo (this will happen twice). once you reach the last ledge, keep on climbing to the area with a space to walk, then repair the gargoyle. stand underneath the gargoyle and levitate the camera behind colin, then climb back down! hope this is helpful!
