Generally speaking, don't spread out, let them come to you. Delita will die, there's no avoiding that, his AI is set to idiot. Send any mages you may have in squad two, have them lure the knights on the north side of the field and blitz them with spells when they come in range, the knights should die before actually reaching your mages, provided you cast first, then retreat with move. do not move forward and then cast, doing that invites them to hit you.

If you have an archer, send him on squad 1 , have him climb the boxes to the left of the fort door, and pick off enemies from up there, he should be equipped with the item command, and you ought to have enough potions to help him keep himself healed.

Do not concentrate on Argath, doing so is the surest way to lose. Yes, the battle does end when you beat him, but unless you are lucky enough to either steal or break his crossbow, he's practically a death sentence at your current level. deal with his minions, leave him for last, then gang up on him. your priorities are healing units that are not delita first, and attacking second, do NOT attack if it is in your power to heal yourself or others. The mages have maybe five spells in them each, and they will exhaust two on Delita, if you wait them out, they'll be mostly helpless afterwords, however, they make for an attractive, if not well-guarded most of the time, target while charging, attack at your discretion.
