How to get creative skill in the start menu (personal info) ?

You need an instrument like shaker, drums, marimba and ukuleke. then go to that instrument when you placed it and highlight play music and press x. now do it fast forward if you want so the level raises quicker.

p.s. i don't think those are the only instruments
