You will find the gnome in the crate that will just be stranded in a beach
note:you will need a shell axe to open the crate

You have to type this cheat quickly : L, R, Up, X, R
After that, you will see gnomes in every island. You just have to search for them.
When you saw them go near them and type these cheats :
All plans
Quickly press X, R, X, R, X.
All crafting resources
Quickly press Square, Triangle, R, Down(2), Up.
Maximum current food and resources
Quickly press Square(4), L.
Maximum inventory
Quickly press Left, Right, Square, R, Square.
Maximum relationships
Quickly press L, Up, R, Left, Triangle.
Full motives
Quickly press R, Up, X, Square, L.
Add skills
Quickly press Triangle, L(2), Left, Triangle.
Then go to the gnome and activate those cheats.
