How to teleport from town to other places.

You don't. the game has an aweful lot of back tracking in it. the best you can do is later in the game (after you unlock fortmas and hokebai) is teleport to them from the tavern.

The only other form of "teleporting" is when you use an escape card, or the escape spell to go from the dungeon back to the town.
