Quest Says finish instead of complete

3 quests that i have on my list that say finish instead of complete are Big Mantis Hunt, Animal Protection Union, and Help Protect Animals. i dont know if i have aquired the rewards because even if i go to report for them i cannot because they aren't my current quest. I dont know if I should restart the game, or is there another way to fix this without having to restart. Im Hoping someone will be able to tell me how claim the rewards. Please and thank you...
