There is no way to unlock saleen you just have to buy it once you have $580,000, go to the garage and buy it

Just finish all the races (including the races that is not in your mission) until you get 580,000.

You need to race a lot and pay $580,000 for the saleen s7, but..... the saleen 08-302 in tokyo career cost $100,000 but you must unlock class "a" vehicles. i think there is a tournament at the end of the tokyo career to get the saleen 08-302. -_-

To unlock the saleen o6 s7 all you need to do is unlock class a vehiles
