Yeah.. clean your inventory before going to a mission...
do any kind of mission in level 4-6 tranquil temple ...
salvage all the point to make sure... >;)

If you have any jewel steel go to the termial click items click exchange inventory find impure jewel steel exchange your jewel steel there you have it impure jewel steel
