There is a way upgrade all the aliens to maximum go back to the game and i think you can go ultimate all the time.

You can't go ultimate alien all the time only when you fight a boss (doesn't work with ultimate humungersour)

You can go ultimate anytime you want just go to bonus materials and click on movie and it shows that you can be the ultimate forms any time you want to be but it's a really hard cheat to find but i dont know it.
