My best advice is go and pass free mission then you can collect powerful scrolls like the atack scroll lv5

Before doing the mission hit triangle and you can costomise him. not sure but i think the team have other scrolls already

You have to get scrolls like lv8 and get a's on your free missions. to get a's you should be quick.
