Finish chapter 16 and unlock the s-rank mission and complete the mission the bandit snare.

First finish the Final Chapter ( Power of Bonds ) and then when the battle starts just use Nine Tails Power then Giant Rasengan. Do this until the Three Heads die. Then S Rank Mission will appear and Team Hebi will also appear ( Sasuke, Karin, Suigetsu, Jugo ). Finish Bandit's snare first target only one, don't take the 2 boss at the same time or else you will die. For this mission I use Sasuke, Sakura, Ino, and Hinata so that I have 3 Healer. My status at that time is HP:420 ATK:450 CP:460 DEF:100. But after you finish the S Rank Mission, you will have problem on S+ Rank Mission which I also don't know how to finish cause they're so very strong compared to Rank S. Hope I help a lot, just remember trust yourself as well as your team. :D
