Keep going through until the 2nd switch is lit. then defeat all ninjas, then stand on 1st switch, then 3rd and then back to 2nd switch to de-activate. a message will tell you that 'a change in the flow of chakra has occurred'.

U don't have to go thru more than once. when u get to the spot mentioned there will be a switch already lit. don't worry about that now just beat all the ninja and then light up the ones that weren't lit the step on the one that was already lit. and then a message should come up and it will say the same thing.
