Unlocking the last grand prix cup
I have have won all 9 of the grand prix cups on the hardest level. It won't unlock the last cup. Cup #10 won't unlock. Is there a certain chharacter i have to use or what?

You have to get 123 stars in world tour, at least on the 3ds version
