Chapter 3 enemy objective

I am having the same problem. today, i finally found an area that we had previously been missing, giving us more killed enemies, but i still failed to reach the goal. :( i hope someone will be able to find the missing mystery enemy, to help me complete this chapter!

There are 3 chomp plants in the earth element gate. so make sure to kill all enemies in order to complete enemy goal for chapter 3.

After you find the fairy you go on the blimp. Once you defaeat all enemies on the blimp go to the entrance to the blimp and you will notice a gate lowered, giving you 1 more enemy and legendary treasure

I don't think it has to do with killing enemies. I had the game 95% complete and there were just certain items that were not where they were supposed to be like a missing Treasure Chest on level 19, a Legendary Treasure on level 26 and of course this Enemy Gold on levels 3, 5, 25 and 26. I even started the game over and got all the checks up to the Enemy Gold on level 3.

I take back what I said about level 26 because I just got all 3 stars on that level. And no, you do not need to collect every token while you are flying on Flavius to get the check for the Enemy Gold. The enemy gold on levels 3, 5 and 25 still elude me.

The goal is accomplished by useing the compy plants to make more chompys and you just repeatedly kill them untill you've killed enough
