How do i get to the the hat and treasure chest on the little cliff after the first pirate card game?

Just north of that cliff is a wall. you will notice behind the wall is a jump pad. you need to follow the the wall to the left and on your right the wall will end. you can go around to the right...head south and you will see the jump pad.
