Why wont spears come down at end of chap 8 to get crystal eye

You need to destroy all the eyes that you can on the way (not the ones that open doors, but the ones that are in pillars or on walls). some can be blasted others can't. hope that helps.

Its a glitch, i was playing it and defeated all the enimies and it didnt open.

You need to kill all the enimies befor you go into the room. them kill all in room

I killed all of the enemies and the spears still won't go down for me to retrieve the eye at the end of level 8. Any suggestions?

Ugh, it's a bug, happens sporadically. An enemy has somehow died but didn't increment a value inside the game, nobody knows exactly why it happens here but it does. Unfortunately you'll need to replay the whole level. Sorry!
