There is a part of the game where you must pull the lever to drop a fence then walk down a path & this path is to raise you so you can reach the next portal.the path will not raise so i can walk to the next portal & therefore i am stuck. any help would be appreciated.thankyou

I just figured this out and i was having the same issue. hit c to spin the lever for the fence. however you must get on the path that raises before the clock gets to zero and it will raise.
