You have to push the turtle in the gap before you met flynn, there is a magic gate down there you have to switch to a mzgic sky lander(spyro voodood) to enter and there it is

U need 2 push a turtle when u meet flynn ànd use a magic skylander to open it and u will get a hat and chop -chops sole gem.
