Releasing the cyrstal eye
My son gets to where the crystal eye is n destroys everythin there but the spikes dont come down to release the eye, any ideas why?

Easy just kill everyone and make sure if there's anything around it attached to the crystal eye destroy it

Inorder to get the crystal eye...
1: destroy the two towers to unlock the main gate.
2: destroy the cyclopeses with the spike barrels to get passed.(hint:use charge attacks to destroy the barrels and go up the hill[better than dodging the barrels])
3: enter the great tower and destroy all the enemys.(make sure you destroy the barrels too, some blue chomps are hiding in there)
4: the bars that are garding the crystal eye shall lowerto release the ball.(if this doesn't work than the game is most likely glitched)

I'm having the same problem. ive done all that and quadruple checked for any barrels or any other monsters and the bars don't go down. any suggestions on how to fix the glitch or contact the company for another game?

Beat everybody and make that those small guys who can bite you and you have to shake on them. otherwise it's a glitch.
