Soul gem for terafin
Where is terafins soul gem, and how do i get it.

It is in the pirate seas level he comes with about half way through there is a cannon you can shoot a ship out of. just north of this is a light house with a spiral staircase. take the stairs around to the backside you'll find it.

Go to the Pirate Seas level and after you beat the first guy at pirate cards go Left-Down path, beat the guys, go to the small castle or small building, go up the spiral staircase, it should be there. :-)
