I have killed every enemy and gone back through the level sevral times and i still am not getting the enemy goal in chapter 13 the goo factory.

Go through the air gate into the potato farm after raising two flags. Go over the mines and in the building there are three trolls that weren't there before. Don't know why, but that does it.
