Shattered Island legendary treasure

Firing the cannon twice isn't revealing the legendary treasure. Anything else I can try? Is this a bug?

You need to shoot it once, open the gate, then shoot again

The shatterd island treasure, when you go to the first cannon shoot get the key go back to that cannon shoot it agian there you go the legendary treasure salary swine P.S Salary Swine where a house used to be
