So, i'm supposed to help mikoto partol the island. and she won't talk to me until i see something suspicous? i looked around everywhere near the inn, and in electra's mansion. help?

Go to every area of the island. a little clip will be shown in each area. once you have been to all places, talk to mikoto.

You just have to walk into every area of the town, then talk to Mikoto
