How can i catch the white surgeon?

I been trying over and over again, i tried floating with the bersker and the elephant tackle and rainbow large nothing. i tried lureing with the bersker and elephant and L- XL lures. nothingi cant even catch the other one the what i call the hyena, the one in east spare rock n kanan lake please help :)

For the hyena corner it against the edge so it cant get away
