What does 'sprint 7500 ft flat' mean?

All you have to do is get a horse and sprint by holding in the "z" button and sprinting it will probably take 2-3 hours if u havent sprinted with a horse before

Ride the horse flatout, as fast as you can without stopping. you hold down the "c" or "z" button to do this, i don't remember which one right now.

What you do is:
1:get a horse
2:get on it
3:start to move by shaking wii mote and nunchuck
4:press z and you will start to sprint
5:keep doing that for a while and you will get the achievement

Sprint on a horse by pushing z. follow the the train tracks. keep going till you get the star. all you have to do is sprint 7500 ft
