Where is the mystery sea?

Can someone please tell me where the mystery sea is and how i get to it because i want to get to that sanctuary 8-)

You have to unlock it when playing the scuba diving game and take pictures in the free diving. the more animals you take pictures of, the more diving spots you unlock. Mystery sea is the last divinng spot to unlock.

Look more around the sea weed, there is a leafy sea dragon that is really hard to find :D
