Is there a quest like the kings crown
In every other resort thers like the old man wants u to help find momentos(marine resort) n the kings crown(mountain resort) n the ingredients 4 soup(snow resort) where is the quest in city resort?

Yes. in the marine resort, go to the temple at point 6. talk to the old guy looking for his "mamentos" and you unlock a special villa type after completing all 5 levels
