I cant find the Ancient Kings Scepter from Stage 5 on the Marine Resort! Can someone tell me where the stone statue of a creauture is!?!? Or where the actuall acceptor is!

After you leave the old man go down the steps then turn right like you are going to the waterfall...keep watching your right side and there will be a set of steps... Follow them and you should find the item. Hope that helps.
