Were do you get the jumped of a cliff star in the marine resort?

In Marine Resort, there is a sword in the ground on the cliff where you need to jump off so it gives you a star. It is probably the jump off a cliff in marine resort. To find the sword, you need to climb the cliff near the skydiving activity and the bungee activity. Also, if you look at the blue balloons, they also hint at it.
