Royal villa, how do i get it?!

Go to the castle to see the king but if he is not there go on the map and go there again then he will tell you if you can help him and when you select yes he will give you hints of how to get to the people so he can get his crown and show you he is king complete the quest there's your villa.

Theyre sometimes there and sometimes not if one of those kind of people ie the king is in one resort all of the other type of these people ie the soup lady will be in the other resorts at least thats what i find :)

Easy. You have to play single player then do these actions to get the villa:

1. Go to a bridge. Talk to the lady.
2. Go to the tennis court. Talk to the lady.
3. Go to the 2nd or 3rd hill behind Hotel Morgenrote. Talk to the lady.
4. Go to the heart island. Talk to the man.
5. Go to the 2-story restaurant near the hotel. Talk to the lady.
6. Go to the Tondey ruins right near point 6. Talk to the lady.
7. Go to the church. Talk to the man.
8. Go to the yard near long horn ranch. Talk to the lady.
9. Go to the peak of the mountain.Talk to the man.
10. He will give you the crown. Go to the the king and ta da
