How do u get over the TS sign in the city resort in order to get a star?

You get no star for that.

Go to the top left corner of the city resort and go to the top right corner of the building and jump on the blinking grind and jump of the ramp.Hope i helped:)

Ok ill try to be simple. theres a building with a ts sign on it. go through the ally on left and stop at the back of the building on left. there should be a grind that goes on top of the biulding. go on. get on top of building. go SLOWLY to end of roof. turn left and go FAST on ramp BUT KEEP IN MIND: while in midair, swerve to go between the t and s on sign. HOPE I HELPED
