How to get marine resort trick score master gold key?

I've done the one where you go in and out of the flag poles with marine bike but I can't get my trick score high enough on marine bike and ATV what tricks do I have to do and which ramps to do it on?

My tip for ATV is off the two HUGE rock ramps, Do some backflips (down arrow and shake) and 'Worlds end' (C , Z and shake) :)
