The Greeting Gestures

I get confused when i am doing the gestures to other people. Sometimes when i want to wave my mii gets angry, but when i want to whistle it waves. Can someone tell me how to do each gesture?

To do a wave press up on the wii remote to do an angry face press down on the wii remote to do a upset face press left on the wii remote to do a happy jump press right on the wii remote to whistle press 1 on the wii remote.
