I think you have to get a gold key and on one if the boxes it should say party are something like that and then there are all different banners and it also includes a cake as well. Sorry if this is not accurate or correct, this is all I remember.

All you need is to get a gold key and select party in the item box

Get a gold key! You can look up so many ways to get a gold key! Then select party with your gold key. With this you can get cake, ballons, banners, and with your other villa stuff it will be fun! I threw a birthday party for my mom on the wii!

Get a gold key (anyway you want) click on the box that says party and you get balloons, banners,cake all sorts! Like @Bunnyhamster said, i invited 3 friends when it was one of their birthdays and we had a party on go vacation in my villa! I have also done this for my mom, sister and cousin! The party stuff is fun! I hope u have as much fun as me!
