Well, for Royal, go to the balcony. Look for the wooden spiral way up. Take it, and you'll be on the roof of the Royal villa. I tried it once. It's easy to fall off. Like it's easy to fail when you're trying the City Resort part of Jumping Off A Cliff.

For the Haunted House there is a hole in the wall upstairs. If you look to the right of the hole you will see little steps. Jump up those steps to get to the roof. For the country house there are ladders that connect to the roof. All you have to do is go up the ladders to get to the roof. The tree house has a ramp off of the roof on the second floor. Just walk along that ramp to get to the roof. For the tree house go up stairs and jump on the roof. Then you will see a ramp that will take u straight to the roof.

Treehouse: Once on the second storey, go to the left corner further up and jump over the balcony onto the wood. Follow the wooden path up, then jump onto the roof.
Normal: This is the first villa you get. At the front of the villa on the right hand side there should be logs. Jump on, walk up and jump onto roof. Keep jumping and going forward to get to the very top.
Haunted House: On the second storey there is a hole in the wall in front. Jump over slightly, then turn right and continue jumping/walking up the steps until you get to the roof. Jump on.
I cannot remember which one, I think it is called the Double Wood or something alike, but on the second storey you jump onto the left over the balcony and onto the outside skirting. Follow it left around the house until you get to another balcony. Go onto the balcony. Go up to the barrels, jump on them and jump onto the roof.
I know plenty more, but they are all usually the same. If you are stuck how to get to the top of one, try going to the second storey and explore the outside skirting of the balcony. Good luck;)
