Which ranger to use and what to do when i get to this point

Pink ranger then go to the other window and you will drop through it

Be the pink ranger then, use left on the control pad (your strongest attack) then run to the next platform that looks like a window on the ground. there will be a transporter and will lead you to a power-up disk.
