Where Do I find trap door? I can't find it and it's the only thing I need to find.

I cannot find the trap door. I already took a picture of the gallows. I then clicked on Ducky, and he said something like "Looks like there's a trap door over there. Maybe we can find something useful behind it."

In the first room there is a hatch on the right it takes you down the stairs
