Water tank draining
I can spin the one wheel for the water tank but it wont allow me to spin the other two its really annoying, can someone please help? i tried doing it in a order but it doesnt work please help

You get on the thing that you fall on on the first wheel hit Z it will flash bright blue and the orange lights then from there find the next
