How do you get into the sewage system in cove town in the video game poke park 2 wonders beyond?

If you want the vast white quill inside that sewer then go up to it. Turn right, jump over the boxes or swim to the other side. See another sewage tunnel? Go inside as you can go deeper this time. Your path is blocked, turn left and continue forward. Then go left again and get the vast white quill. Hope that helped. :)
